Return Policy

You do not have to cancel orders that have not yet been paid. If you have placed and paid for an order and you want to cancel it, you must email us immediately.
If you want to return your order, we will refund the full purchase amount after proper receipt of the return shipment.

 

Broken

We always do our utmost to guarantee the quality of our products and to pack and send them properly. If you have nevertheless received broken or damaged products, we offer a money back guarantee. You will then receive the full purchase amount including shipping costs back.

Cooling Off Period

You have the right to cancel your order up to 60 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

It can always happen that something doesn’t go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by sending an e-mail to info@propergroomingcompany.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.

RETURN CONDITIONS

All products must be unused, complete, clean and undamaged to be eligible for a return. – We prefer to receive the product you want to return as much as possible in the original, undamaged packaging. – Make sure you pack fragile products well: we cannot be held responsible for the return shipment and the condition in which we receive the products. – Frank your return sufficiently. Unfortunately, we cannot accept unstamped items.
